-  Rates shown are not "guaranteed" until you pay with your credit card.
-  No coupons or other offers may be combined with our online booking systems.
-  Travel insurance is strongly recommended.  Keep in mind that if you make a reservation and then cancel, substantial cancellation penalties apply.
-  Name changes, corrections, additions, re-pricing or any changes to bookings  will charged a $50 per person/per change service fee.  
-  Cruise lines may limit or deny name changes.
-  Cruise tickets for cruises purchased within 30 days of departure will usually be picked up at the cruise ship pier prior to your boarding.
-  If you purchase a GTY or Guaranteed stateroom, your cabin assignment will be made at the pier on the day of departure in the category you paid for.
-  Domestic U.S. and Canadian orders and ticket delivery via this system only.
-  Non-U.S. orders (if you currently reside outside of the U.S.) can be made, however we charge $40 for international ticket delivery and you must sign and fax to us a credit card authorization form.
-  By making a reservation via our online system you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the cruise lines we represent.
-  We send all tickets via AirBorne Express, unless you give us a P.O. Box shipping address.  We ship to P.O. Boxes via the U.S. mail only.  We will not be held responsible for loss of tickets sent via first class mail!
-  Should a dispute arise from our relationship you are agreeing by booking online to resolve all disputes via Binding Arbitration ONLY.  You are also waiving your right to submit this dispute for determination by a court and you are also waiving your right to a trial before a judge or jury.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.  Insurance premiums are non-refundable.  I you do not purchase travel insurance and cancel your trip for any reason, cancellation penalties will be applied!  Proper ID is required for all travel.  If you do not have the proper documentation you will be denied boarding of the aircraft and/or ship!  It is the passengers responsibility to know all documentation requirements, cruise line and/or tour company policies.  If you reserve via our online booking system you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the principles we represent.
